Admin Experts Online provides remote admin and business support services. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Work

In supplying the work to us, you must:

  • Ensure the best possible sound recording that you have access to.
  • Send audio files as MP3, WAV or DSS.
  • Provide any styles and templates you wish us to use.
  • Spell out names, technical terms, and specific data.
  • State a preferred and final return time (no earlier than 48 hours after our receipt).

Turnaround

  • Upon receipt, we will acknowledge the work and confirm agreement to your timescales or propose revised times.
  • If you do not agree to revised timescales, we will immediately return the work to you.
  • Work will be completed accurately using any templates supplied.
  • We will immediately notify you of any problems identified with the work or our ability to complete it on time.
  • Any inaccuracies will be corrected free of charge if reported in writing within 7 days of the work being returned to you.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

Due to insurance reasons, we only work with UK based clients.

  • We acknowledge that all confidential information remains your sole and exclusive property.
  • Materials developed or made available during our services are held in trust solely for your benefit.
  • Your information is held securely and backed up in accordance with UK Data Protection Laws, including GDPR.
  • On written termination of the contract, all client data is deleted.
  • Admin Experts Online is a registered Data Protection Controller (ICO Registration: ZA230161).

Payment

  • Ad-hoc Work: Invoices are provided on completion and must be settled within 7 days.
  • Retainer Bundles: All pre-paid hours are non-refundable and billed in actual time.
  • Bronze Bundle (5 hours): Valid for 30 days from purchase.
  • Silver Bundle (10 hours): Valid for 60 days from purchase.
  • Gold Bundle (15 hours): Valid for 90 days from purchase.

Disclaimer

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Admin Experts Online will not be held liable for any losses you might incur arising from our completion of work, except in cases of direct negligence.
