My 6-week signature programme is for fiercely independent females who have online business(s) who want to feel organised and in total control of their workload who also want to maintain focus on achieving their business dreams and goals.

You will leave the programme with a complete set of documents that can be assigned to any new team member. These documents will be your ‘Gold Book’ which includes all your processes and procedures, flow charts, branding along with your mission statement and beyond.
So, when you decide to outsource, you'll know exactly what to handover, when and how. You can just go to the VA that excels in that arena, agree terms, hand the Gold Book to them and be confident that you have delivered in a clear and concise manner.
I will also give you recommendations of a trusted list of Virtual Assistants who you can use to outsource, giving you the confidence when you are first handing over your business baby!
